Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities from existing and new clients, both local and international.
• Maximize retention rates by soliciting feedback from event organizers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement cost-effective sales action plans aligned with HKCEC’s Marketing Plan.
• Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies and improve service competitiveness.
• Ensure efficient responses to long-term inquiries and optimal scheduling of events.
• Maintain frequent contact with organizers for continuous improvement and satisfaction.
• Oversee the management and development of the sales database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
• Initiates master menu update and work with Food & Beverage Department on a yearly basis and in a timely manner
• Provide training, leadership, and performance appraisals for the sales team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the MICE industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of event management systems and applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
