Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between the Centre’s Owner and various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Consolidate relevant materials and ensure adherence and compliance to operational agreements and standards.
- Coordinate and actively participate in internal and external meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Centre’s Owner, internal staff, clients, and community partners.
- Assist in project management tasks and follow through the project implementation, including the preparation of correspondence and documentation.
- Assist to represent the Centre in discussions with relevant stakeholders on policy initiatives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies as necessary to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Centre’s daily operations while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and administrative support is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), with an emphasis on clear and effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to integrity.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for Officer-level roles.
