Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue of the outlet.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of food and supplies.
• Ensure that hygiene standards are consistently upheld throughout the restaurant
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with the culinary teams to plan and rotate menu offerings.
• Foster a positive and efficient work environment through staff training
• Maintain exemplary service quality to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a buffet or high-volume setting.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or sizable restaurant, with 2 years in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
