Job Responsibilities:   

·         Oversee daily operations, including managing events and functions, ensuring seamless service delivery.

·         Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, operational issues, and relevant insights for continuous improvement.

·         Assist the supervisor in training and guiding team members and casual staff on service standards and operational procedures.

·         Supervise the maintenance and utilization of café equipment, and contribute to the creation of menu items and beverage offerings.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends, including menu development and cocktail innovations.

·         Address and resolve any guest-related issues that arise during service, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

·         Monitor and uphold standards for guest facilities and overall service quality.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Café or coffee shop environment; a diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.

·         Excellent communication skills with a strong service-oriented approach.

·         Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

·         Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.

·         Cheerful and courteous personality, dedicated to guest satisfaction.
