Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares and serves coffee, beverages and food to customers with friendly and individualised attention
• Maintains and ensures the smooth operations and cleanliness of Harbour Road Café by following the operating instructions, organisation standards and sanitation regulations 

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with standard drink recipes and knowledge of all forms of coffee
• Good communication skills with written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin would be advantageous
• Highly customer-oriented, friendly and pleasant
• On-the-job training will be provided, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Shift duty is required
