- Identify and analyse training needs across the organization and develop learning and talent development strategies
- Organize and facilitate classroom and virtual training programs and to collaborate with external vendors to develop training contents
- Analyse training data (e.g. learner engagement and preferences, performance correlation, etc.) and implement strategies to drive organisational development
- Design and implement performance management frameworks to align with organizational goals
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and development tools to deliver innovative training programs
- Manage the education and membership subsidy scheme
- Design and prepare communication materials including written and visual documents for training courses and company initiatives
- Monitor relevant budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial capacity
- Proficiency in M365, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in e-learning platform (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Proven track record on change management
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; preferable with good knowledge of Putonghua
- Excellent coordination, organization, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- A team player with a people-orientated mindset and able to work independently
