Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital recycling and group restructuring;
- Support managers in due diligence procedures, financial modelling, negotiations and preparation of key transaction documents;
- Prepare project documentation such as teasers, information memoranda, financial forecasts, presentations, etc.
- Prepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation under guidance of supervisors.
- Coordinate and partner with group office functions, third party advisors and business partners in the execution of transactions.
- Monitor the operational and financial performance of portfolio companies.
- Carry out other corporate finance activities such as undertaking industry or company research as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and transaction execution (ideally with professional experience in Big 4 deals advisory team, investment funds, banking or equity research).
- Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
- Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA is preferred.
