In this regard, the incumbent is required to:

• Prepare monthly flash reporting and quarterly consolidated financial statements of related Logistics segment and supporting schedules, review supporting schedules, financial reports and other works performed by subordinates, review reporting packages and discusses project performance or accounting issues/treatments with project team;

• Assist in assessing the financial impact for the adoption of new/change in accounting standards and liaise with external auditors and project team;

• Prepare audited accounts, profits tax returns and tax computations, prepare/review other statutory reporting including ES, CbCR and BEPS etc and the application forms for Hong Kong tax resident certificate;

• Assist in reviewing budget and rolling forecast through analyzing the operating data, comparing with historical result and benchmarking with industry performance and prepare budget summary reports, supplementary breakdown and information for further analysis;

• Assist in reviewing the agreements, reports and financial models for potential investments/divestments and assessing the financial impact and related accounting treatment, coordinating with auditors and valuers to complete valuation reports or/and purchase price allocation exercises to comply with group requirements; and

• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 8 years' relevant working experience in accounting with 3 years' experience in managerial role (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as MS Office

• Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

• Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multi-tasking

• Good team player with good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
