What the role is?
- Oversee agency social media content and execute content calendar for agency department
- Assist in development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring social media strategy (above and below the line promotion) in enhancement of company brand name in market.
- Assist in marketing promotion strategy implementation including but not limit to media interview, billboard promotion or online platform interview.
- Assist in campaign daily operations with precise knowledge of different social media platforms.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored for each platform.
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on local and mainland social media trends, tools and emerging platforms.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in video editing tools, able to shoot and edit trendy Reels and videos.
- Experience in using AI tools to assist with copywriting and content generation.
- Good understanding of user behaviours and trends on Local (IG, FB, Threads, Linkedln) and China (Xiaohongshu, WeChat) platforms.
- Good writing skills and able to craft lifestyle driven and catchy social media captions.
- Creative, trend-sensitive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva.
