What the role is?
- Create, lead, implement, and monitor assigned strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide high-level support for agency and departmental facilities management, overseeing operational efficiency, space planning, and resource allocation to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
- Lead, coordinate, and conduct monthly and annual senior management meetings. This includes setting agendas, curating content, ensuring productive discussions, and driving actionable outcomes.
- Analyse complex operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and manage all high-level communication with regional directors, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and facilitating a smooth flow of information.
- Manage and oversee key departmental operations, including the review, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance with company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within departmental operations and management support functions, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior support staff or cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management support role of insurance industry
- Proven track record in project management and successfully implementing complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives
- Agile and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
