About the role
You will lead end-to-end change and solution delivery across Policy Services and other Operations functions, driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and reducing operational friction to enable sustainable business growth.
What the role is?
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies) and ensure disciplined execution.
- Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts, supporting development, collaboration, and high-quality output.
- Lead business analysis activities, including eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements with stakeholders; translate needs into actionable plans.
- Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide clear governance and regular status reporting.
- Ensure alignment to business objectives and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and customer/colleague experience.
- Oversee quality assurance and promote best practices to maintain consistent delivery standards across project outcomes.
What we look for?
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis, ideally delivering operations transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements, and translate them into delivery plans.
- Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Waterfall) and strong stakeholder governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and senior stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on control-minded execution.
