What the role is?
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Plan, develop, organize and execute comprehensive agency recruitment programs, incentives, events, and promotion campaigns.
- Drive in developing business strategy especially in collaboration with different business units internally and externally
Agency Engagement:
- Organize regular meeting with agency force and internal parties, so as to collect suggestion, propose new initiatives and monitor progress.
- Build up and maintain relationship with key agency leaders to accelerate recruitment and business via providing timely and tailored support.
- Handle enquiries from agencies, providing timely and accurate information.
Event and Logistics Management:
- Organize recruitment seminars, events, and promotional campaigns in locations including but not limited to Mainland China as assigned by management
- Oversee the logistics of various programs, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
- Manage relationships with production houses and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the progress and results of programs and recruitment contests by preparing detailed reports and conducting data analysis.
- Expense control and effectiveness analysis.
- Coach junior team members on daily tasks and projects
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with agency recruitment / agency management exposure
- Creative, proactive, detail-minded and highly adaptable to changes in fast-moving environment
- Strong in communication skills and be a good team player
- Solid project management, problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
