What the role is?

 

Brand Management & Governance

  • Support Head of Branding & Marketing Communications in developing and executing holistic brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and differentiation
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, identity systems, and governance across all touchpoints
  • Continuously review and evolve brand guidelines to stay relevant with evolving market and business needs
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and optimize brand initiatives
  • Conduct and manage brand health tracking studies, translating findings into actionable recommendations and business insights

 

Marketing Communications & Campaign Management:

  • Assist in formulating and executing integrated branding and marketing plans to support business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, and offline channels
  • Develop compelling campaign propositions and messaging with a clear understanding of insurance/financial products and customer needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and business objectives
  • Ensure all campaigns and activations are effectively adapted into social-first content for broader amplification

 

Brand Activations, Sponsorship & Media Management

  • Plan and deliver impactful brand activations (online and offline), ensuring strong customer engagement and measurable outcomes
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorships and partnerships, maximizing value through integrated activation and content strategies
  • Lead media planning and management (traditional and digital), working closely with agencies to ensure effective reach, optimization, and ROI
  • Turn activations, sponsorships, and events into content engines that extend reach across social and digital platforms

 

Event Management

  • Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including brand launches, experiential activations, and stakeholder events
  • Deliver high-quality, seamless event experiences aligned with branding and business objectives
  • Integrate event outcomes into broader campaign storytelling and content strategies

 

Vendor management & partnership

  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies, production houses, and business partners to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business units
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal compliance, governance, and procurement standards

 

Cross-Team Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate closely with cross business units and stakeholders across the CTF Life’s ecosystem to co-create and execute integrated brand initiatives that maximise synergies and business impact
  • Act as a key liaison to align branding efforts across the broader CTF ecosystem, ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and effective stakeholder management

 

Insights, Reporting & Strategic Contribution

  • Interpret campaign performance, brand tracking data, and market insights
  • Translate data into clear business implications, actionable recommendations, and creative inputs
  • Leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and support innovative brand ideas
  • Continuously optimise branding and marketing activities based on performance and learning

 

What are we looking for?    

  • Degree holder, preferably in Branding and Marketing Communications
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in branding and marketing/communications in financial or insurance industry preferred
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills and project management being able to support as individual contributor
  • A hands-on brand activator with strong execution capabilities across campaigns, events, and content
  • Able to transform insights into ideas, and ideas into impactful brand experiences
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect branding efforts to business outcomes
  • A collaborative team player who can support across functions while taking ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
