What the role is?
In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of employee engagement, culture, and learning initiatives, while providing strong administrative and operational support across a range of people-related programmes. - Plan and execute employee engagement programmes, including workshops, campaigns, wellness activities, and CSR initiatives
- Support the development and promotion of company culture and core values
- Manage employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and other feedback channels, and analyse insights for continuous improvement
- Organise corporate events, town halls, and employee recognition programmes
- Develop internal communication materials, including emails, campaign content, and visual assets
- Support employer branding initiatives, including award submissions and related coordination
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for management review
- Provide administrative and operational support for learning and engagement programmes, including logistics coordination, vendor liaison, budget tracking, and record maintenance
Who we look for ?
- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Communications, Marketing, or related areas
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work independently
- Proactive, creative, and passionate about people and employee experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience in design or engagement tools such as Canva, MS Copilot, or video editing is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
