About The Role
To perform regular reporting and support new initiatives for Risk Management department.
What the role is?
- Provide general support to the risk management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials for risk management committees
- Support to review and update updating of Risk Policy Framework; Coordinate the review and update of various risk policies update
- Support to enhance the GRC system and risk management dashboard
- Collaborate with different department to promote risk awareness and culture
- Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools (if applicable)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management exercises and initiatives
- Tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What we look for?
- University postgraduate or undergraduate students major in Risk Management, Actuarial, Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- No prior full-time work experience required. Previous internship experience in operational risk management, insurance or related fields is a plus
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Interest in operational risk, internal controls, or regulatory frameworks
