What the role is?

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and physical)
  • Draft promotional content including emails, memos, and marketing materials
  • Support the creation of visual assets by working with internal and external design teams
  • Coordinate logistics for events such as seminars, press conferences, and customer promotions
  • Provide general administrative support including report preparation and documentation

 

What we look for?

  • Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with basic data analysis or design tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player
  • Able to commit at least 3 working days per week. Preference will be given to candidates available for longer-term internships (4+ days per week)
  • Previous internship experience in a financial institution is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
