What the role is?

Partnership Management & Development:

  • Oversee and enhance business relationships with brokerage distribution channels, ensuring alignment with company performance metrics and operational standards.
  • Expand and deepen partnerships with brokerage partners while actively identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with new brokerage partners.
  • Deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong relationships with business partners by employing effective problem-solving skills. Liaise with internal departments to address day-to-day issues and ensure high service standards.

Sales & Support

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while creating significant value for the company through effective business planning and development with both existing and new brokerage partners.
  • Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support, including the preparation of sales and operational presentations, policy applications, post-sales service support, regular performance reports, and market analysis.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a minimum of 7 years in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in business development roles focused on brokerage partnership distribution.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong technical understanding of insurance and related investment products and services, with a global perspective and collaborative mindset
  • Energetic, open-minded, self-motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects. A good team player.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
