What the role is?
IT & Digital Solution Development:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of digital solutions to support the daily operations (pre-sales and post-sales) of brokerage channel.
- Engage in the planning, development, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of various platforms, including mobile apps, consultant portals, and business analysis systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Management Reports & Regular Report Generation:
- Conduct thorough business analysis and prepare insightful management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle regular report preparation and submission for brokerage channel’s business development
Marketing & Event Management:
- Collaborate in the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that engage and attract our partners.
- Organize impactful events, including business luncheons, training sessions, and seminars, to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Others:
- Support various projects and administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the team’s overall success.
What are we looking for?
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or Financial Service.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of IT project management / Business Analyst experience is highly preferred, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Candidates with experience in marketing & event management will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset to coordinate, build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
- Self-motivated to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel (advanced knowledge preferred), PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
