What the role is?
- Assist supervisor to plan and organize events, marketing activities and promotional campaigns in relation to agency recruitment activities.
- Proactively assist on creative recruitment strategies by penetrating various markets to achieve KPIs.
- Prepare tracking reports to assist on analyzing the recruitment trends and performance.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of events and premium design, also communicate with branding, legal and compliance for the output materials.
- Provide support on team administration, reports and event logistics such as payment, incentive reimbursement, stock record, office administration etc.
- Maintain social media channels, branding and promotion.
- Product professional event proposals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports.
- Support on ad-hoc projects.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business-related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in agency recruitment within insurance/financial services.
- Excellent team work, communication skills and presentation skills
- Driven, well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment technology and digital tools.
- Agile, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
