What the role is?
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of product, sales, onboarding, leadership and professional development programmes.
- Partner with agency and business leaders to identify performance gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
- Design and facilitate engaging programmes through classroom, virtual, digital and experiential learning approaches.
- Develop and update learning materials in line with business, product and regulatory requirements.
- Manage training projects, schedules, resources, budgets, vendors and related programme administration.
- Support insurance licensing, examination preparation and CPD-related programmes, where applicable.
- Track participation, learner feedback, assessment results and relevant business outcomes to evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Prepare management reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all learning activities and records comply with relevant regulatory and internal requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in training and development, product marketing, sales development, distribution development or a related function.
- Relevant insurance or financial services experience is important, preferably gained within agency, brokerage, bancassurance, life insurance or general insurance environments.
- Strong training delivery, project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical product or business information into practical and engaging learning content.
- Insurance or financial services qualifications or licensing-related examinations, such as IIQE, MPF, FLMI, CFP, FChFP or equivalent, would be an advantage.
- Learning, behavioural, coaching or facilitation qualifications, such as NLP, DISC, MBTI, counselling, professional coaching or LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, would also be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
