What the role is?
- Develop compelling sales narratives for new products to strengthen their value proposition across the Company.
- Partner with the Product Promotion Implementation Workgroup to design end-to-end promotion plans for new products to achieve sales targets—consolidating input, gathering frontline feedback, and presenting recommendations to management.
- Lead promotion roll-out on behalf of Product Development, including product launch events and roadshows, and draft clear, impactful communications for frontline teams.
- Drive product strategy adoption through briefings (e.g., roadshows and ad hoc sharing sessions), practical sales tips (e.g., product bundling), and mass premium offer initiatives.
- Monitor competitors’ mass premium offers and recommend competitive, budget-aligned packages to strengthen sales performance.
- Coordinate mass premium offer renewals with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Product Marketing, and distribution channels) and manage related channel enquiries and escalation cases.
- Respond to frontline product enquiries, partnering with Product Development and Pricing teams as needed.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry; experience in product/business development, strategic planning, and/or project management is an advantage
- Exposure to both agency and brokerage distribution channels is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
