What the role is?
- Lead market insights, and project execution for the company’s regional life insurance business. Provide fact-based recommendations and ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational delivery.
- Lead market and consumer insight research and translate into concrete initiatives (e.g., NPS, brand health, and distribution channel analysis, etc.).
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for market growth, customer engagement, and business model optimization.
- Manage regional market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
- Supervise strategy or project teams and coordinate with the group and local entities.
- Prepare executive reports and management presentations.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master of Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate strategy or market research within life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding and insight of Asian insurance markets and consumer trends.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and manage small cross-functional teams.
- Detail-minded, skilled in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication, influence, and leadership capability.
- Excellent project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
