What the role is?
- Assist Head of Agency Recruitment in developing and execution of the overarching strategic recruitment plan for agency talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's annual and long-term growth objectives.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment programs and projects, from planning and resourcing to implementation, monitoring, and reporting on success metrics.
- Design, develop, and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to build a strong employer brand and attract high-caliber agency candidates.
- Facilitate the agency recruitment onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, structured, and engaging experience for new hires that promotes retention.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of new recruitment tools, technologies, and standardized processes to enhance team efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, and agency management to understand hiring needs, provide strategic counsel, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Establish and execute robust recruitment control measures, ensuring all hiring practices comply with legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Proactively assist in and lead critical ad-hoc projects, such as market expansion initiatives, process re-engineering, or diversity hiring programs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and building capability within the function.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to generate insights, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize strategies for improved results.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management support role of insurance industry
- Proven track record in project management and successfully implementing complex initiatives.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives
- Agile and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
