What the role is?
- Support the Head of HNW Proposition to strengthen customer loyalty, deepen engagement and deliver distinctive client experiences for the HNW Loyalty Program.
- Leverage data, insights and customer feedback to enhance the program’s proposition, ensuring alignment with HNW clients’ lifestyle preferences and expectations.
- Identify and negotiate with internal and external partners to expand the program’s suite of benefits, rewards and exclusive experiences.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics, design and refine touchpoints across digital and physical channels to deliver a consistently superior experience.
- Develop and track manage budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for program initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution of client events, engagement initiatives and recognition experiences.
- Lead and coordinate projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in customer experience, loyalty marketing, or HNW relationship management, ideally within banking, insurance, or luxury sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HNW customer needs, behaviors, and lifestyle trends.
- Proven track record in executing customer engagement or loyalty initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
