What the role is?

 

  1. Assist Head of Agency Recruitment in developing and execution of  the overarching strategic recruitment plan for agency talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's annual and long-term growth objectives.
  2. Drive end-to-end recruitment programs and projects, from planning and resourcing to implementation, monitoring, and reporting on success metrics.
  3. Design, develop, and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to build a strong employer brand and attract high-caliber agency candidates.
  4. Facilitate the agency recruitment onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, structured, and engaging experience for new hires that promotes retention.
  5. Spearhead the development and implementation of new recruitment tools, technologies, and standardized processes to enhance team efficiency and candidate experience.
  6. Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, and agency management to understand hiring needs, provide strategic counsel, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  7. Establish and execute robust recruitment control measures, ensuring all hiring practices comply with legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
  8. Proactively assist in and lead critical ad-hoc projects, such as market expansion initiatives, process re-engineering, or diversity hiring programs.
  9. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and building capability within the function.
  10. Utilize recruitment data and analytics to generate insights, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize strategies for improved results.

 

What we look for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in management support role of insurance industry
  • Proven track record in project management and successfully implementing complex initiatives.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives
  • Agile and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence
