What the role is?
To provide policy administration and operational support to the Policy Administration team, ensuring efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Handle and process policy service requests in a timely and accurate manner;
- Complete policy servicing cases in accordance with established service standards and turnaround times;
- Perform daily operational checks and prepare relevant reports;
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; and
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Who we look for ?
- Completion of HKDSE / Form 6 or above; higher academic qualifications will be an advantage;
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, name screening, KYC/CDD, or insurance operations;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and appropriately escalate issues;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with screening or compliance systems is an advantage;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in AML/compliance are also welcome to apply.
