What the role is ?

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of multiple business initiatives under Product Development, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress and key milestones.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders from initiation through to launch.

Conduct project assessments and feasibility studies; provide direction and support to business analysts during project lifecycle.

Plan, prioritize, and manage project scope, resources, timeline, and budget, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and procedures.

Identify project risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and present viable solutions for decision-making.

Prepare regular project updates, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and management.

Simultaneously manage multiple projects varying in size and complexity, ensuring effective coordination and delivery.
What we look for ?

Degree holder in any disciplines
-
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Project Management with sound knowledge and experience in life insurance industry

Solid knowledge of insurance product features and operation flows

Solid understanding of project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong in stakeholder management with good influencing skills

Attentive to details, excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Self-motivated, able to work independently and determine relevant actions according to the project status

Own and in-charge of assigned tasks and projects, manage time and tasks effectively and efficiently

Suitable Project Management qualifications preferred but not mandatory

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Jira, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential
