What the role is ?
In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and the preparation of product marketing materials, including market research, content development, and coordination with internal and external parties. The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting products across digital platforms and supporting customer-facing communications.
- Prepare customer-centric marketing materials for new products and services, including brochures, sales tools, videos and website content.
- Support content development and coordinate feedback collection from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, aligned and delivered on schedule.
- Assist in the execution of product promotion campaigns through social media, flyers and other communication channels.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ promotional activities to support business insights.
- Manage the exposure of product promotion materials across internal and external digital platforms, including corporate website, customer app and internal app.
- Follow up on social media content to enhance product visibility and audience reach.
Who we look for?
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, communications or other business-related functions.
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- A good team player with strong learning agility.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Positive, adaptable and willing to contribute fresh promotional ideas.
- Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms and AI applications.
