What the role is?
- Assist in agency recruitment, contracting and licensing processes. Handle new agent applications, due diligence check, reference checking and registration with the IA and MPFA according to the company and regulatory procedures and guidelines. Follow up with agency those outstanding documents and file imaging for paper application documents.
- Provide support in visa application and extension of stay for new recruits and existing agents.
- Provide support in agency name card printing and agency office door access card processing.
- Provide support in half-year review of and declaration from agency secretaries.
- Provide support in promotion and reposition requests processing.
- Issue reminders, suspension and/or package cancellation confirmation, as appropriate, to agents for incomplete of on-boarding training, MCC training within the pre-set timeframe.
- Support data input, labelling, scanning & filing for new MPF applications. Send PA-PI checking form to MPFA.
- Provide support of document collection and mailing service to agent or client for MPF new business and orphan cases.
- Provide backup support for handling MPF enquiry hotline for agents and clients.
- Assist in monitoring stock level of letter paper, envelope, stationary, labelling machine component, etc. of MPF Business Team.
- Prepare user requirements and conduct UAT for enhancement or modification of system.
- Provide support to agency-related projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- High attention to details
- Being a good team player
- Possess “Can-do” and “Follow-through” attitudes
- High adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and to meet tight deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
