What the role is ?
- Handle customer and agent enquiries via telephone, email, face-to-face and digital channels.
- Process enquiries relating to New Business, Policy Administration, Claims and general policy servicing.
- Perform follow-up on customer cases and conduct outbound calls where necessary.
- Escalate complex enquiries or complaints to senior staff appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer experience in accordance with service standards.
- Support operational activities and administrative duties as assigned.
- Participate in training and continuously develop product and operational knowledge.
What we look for ?
- 0–2 years’ customer service experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply), experience in customer service, contact centre or financial services is an advantage
- Higer Diploma or Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Insurance or related disciplines preferred
- Professional insurance qualifications such as LOMA is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good communication and people skills
- Customer focused mindset with a willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player
- Pass in IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5
- Willing to work on rotational Saturday shift (half day)
