What the role is?
- Provide support to sales channels (Brokers and Bancassurance segments) to facilitate business growth.
- Manage customer enquiries via hotmail and email, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requirements.
- Process new business applications and service requests while maintaining agreed service levels.
- Communicate regularly with customers from various sales channels to ensure consistent delivery of updates, changes, and new information.
- Ensure all customer and business partner complaints are acknowledged and resolved promptly in accordance with the company’s service standards.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from the supervisor, such as preparing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What we look for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related disciplines.
- 5 years of customer service experience in insurance operations.
- Possession of IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 is required.
- Strong understanding of daily customer service operations across multiple channels.
- In-depth knowledge of investment-linked and protection insurance products.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships.
