What the role is?
- Partner with agency leaders to establish strategies for driving and achieving business results
- Track, analyse, and forecast agency business performance using reports and dashboards.
- Connect and engage agency force to collect constructive feedback, provide business solutions and advice and ensure that they are aligned with the company direction.
- Promote digital platform and solutions to agency force to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify regional challenges and propose solutions to support business growth Proactively.
- Groom and develop agency leaders to recruit and establish high-quality agency force
- Assist department head in proposing strategic initiatives, leading wealth management and agency development projects, and establishing performance metrics and OKRs, so as to drive and facilitate recruitment and business strategically
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects for agency development, track and evaluate project effectiveness, and ensure deadlines can be met and deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop effective work relations with agency leaders and life planners, manage agency force effectively and provide efficient support to facilitate agency business
- Monitor and supervise integrity on sales behaviour and risk management to ensure compliance with standards
What are we looking for?
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience, preferably in Agency Business Development or Sales Management.
- Good business sense with an analytical and meticulous approach to work.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
- Possesses strong support capabilities, dedicated and attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain cohesive working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
