In this role, you will play a key role in managing and developing our healthcare provider network, supporting claims value-added services, and driving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
What the role is?
· Maintain and expand the network of pre-approval healthcare providers, third-party administrators and pre-insurance medical examiners.
· Support provider onboarding activities, including fee negotiation, contracting, accreditation and training across Hong Kong and Mainland China, including the Greater Bay Area.
· Collaborate closely with third-party administrators to support outsourced value-added services and ensure effective service delivery.
· Maintain accurate provider and doctor information to enhance search results on customer and distributor platforms.
· Support treatment cost benchmarking and assist the pre-approval team in case follow-ups with panel doctors.
· Conduct regular service level reviews on provider performance, with a focus on quality control, process improvement and service enhancement.
· Handle provider complaints and incidents, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with company standards.
· Support the development of provider programmes and campaigns related to value-added services, product initiatives and claims cost-saving measures.
· Coordinate programme set-up, communication materials, internal and external briefings, promotional activities and platform content updates.
Who we look for?
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplines.
· 6-10 years’ total working experience. Minimum of 3 years’ of which gained in provider management, project management, campaign management or related areas.
· Knowledge of doctor network programmes, healthcare services or insurance claims operations will be an advantage.
· Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
· Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is required.
