What the role is?
- Support the Head of HNW Proposition in operating and enhancing the HNW Loyalty Program to achieve loyalty objectives.
- Assist in curating premium experiences, benefits, and partnerships that align with client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal business units and external partners to execute offers, benefits, and exclusive events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to track program performance, client engagement, and ROI.
- Assist in developing and monitoring team KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide administrative and operational support for budget planning, event management, and performance reviews.
- Support projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer experience, loyalty marketing, or HNW relationship management, ideally within banking, insurance, or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and managing HNW or UHNW propositions and loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of HNW customer psychographics, luxury trends, and service expectations, with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior executives and external partners.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
