What the role is?
- Support the design, implementation, and review of distribution compensation frameworks, policies, and governance standards.
- Maintain monitoring, control, and exception reporting processes for variable compensation arrangements.
- Analyse compensation performance, budget trends, and sales productivity to provide management insights and improvement recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support compensation strategy and initiative development.
- Support system and process enhancements, including requirements definition, testing, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
What are we looking for?
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in compensation, payout operations, sales promotion, campaign management, or distribution management; agency channel experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
- Good business analysis, project coordination, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Adaptable, technology-minded, and proactive in improving processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
