What the role is?
- Deliver comprehensive marketing and distribution support for partnership channels.
- Manage social media content for the mainland China market, with a focus on platforms such as WeChat, XHS, and Baidu.
- Develop content that highlights CTF Life’s strengths, fostering a consistent brand narrative across Hong Kong and China.
- Identify and engage with KOLs for seeding partnerships.
- Coordinate KOL collaborations and provide support for related campaign activities.
- Plan, develop and execute events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
- Provide insights and conduct analysis regularly to gather the latest market trends and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and aligned with goals while maximizing ROI.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media management and public relations, with a proven track record in the Mainland Chinese market, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, public relations, and event management.
- Deep understanding of the Mainland China market, especially in first-tier and second-tier cities, along with proficiency in identifying consumer behaviors and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
