What the role is?
- Track, analyse, and forecast agency business performance using reports and dashboards.
- Be dedicated to drive and achieve business result with plans.
- Proactively identify regional challenges and propose solutions to support business growth.
- Promote digital platform and solutions to agency force to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively connect with agency, collect constructive feedback, and provide business solutions & advice.
- Engage agency force to ensure that they are aligned with the company direction.
- Grooming and develop agency leaders to establish a high-quality agency force.
- Monitor and supervise integrity on sales behaviour and risk management to ensure compliance with standards.
What we look for?
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferable in Agency Business Development or Sales Management.
- Good business sense with an analytical and meticulous approach to work.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
- Possesses strong support capabilities, dedicated and attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain cohesive working relationships with stakeholders for effective data collection and results-driven outcomes.
- Strong in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
