We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our Learning & Engagement team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, promote career growth and support the organisation’s people development agenda.
What the role is?
· Plan, coordinate and execute learning and development programmes, including workshops, seminars, e-learning, leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
· Support the annual learning plan by identifying training needs, coordinating learning solutions and aligning programmes with business and employee development priorities.
· Administer learning platforms and systems, including course assignments, content updates, enrolment follow-up and user support.
· Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular learning reports, dashboards and analysis for management review and group reporting.
· Coordinate regulatory, compliance and professional development learning initiatives, including completion tracking and related communications.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors and training providers on programme logistics, nominations, budgets, materials and post-programme follow-up.
· Develop learning communications and promotional materials to drive participation, learning adoption and a continuous learning culture.
· Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback, attendance, learning data and outcome measures, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Provide administrative and operational support for learning projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.
Who we look for?
· Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or related areas.
· Solid experience in designing, delivering and administering learning programmes and people development initiatives.
· Strong achievement drive with proven problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
· Self-motivated, independent and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proactive, curious and passionate about people development, continuous learning and employee growth.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience in learning systems, data reporting, Canva, MS Copilot or video editing is an advantage.
· Experience in developing internal trainers is an advantage.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
