We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure across learning and engagement initiatives, HR administration, internal communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment while contributing to meaningful HR initiatives.

What the role is ?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, and other HR activities, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Support in daily HR operations including documentation, data management, workflow automation etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and effective delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Who we look for ?

  • Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks with care and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong written English will be an advantage.
