What the role is?
- Lead and operate the HNW Loyalty Program proposition; to build, maintain and enhance customer loyalty
- Excellent understanding of HNW customer psychographic and lifestyle preference
- Create the remarkable customer experience for the loyalty program
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence with regular monitoring of client satisfaction
- Engage and liaise with business units of the Group and external partners to formulate offers and benefit suites
- Formulate the customer relationship service standard, enquiry management, offer delivery process and events curation
- Establish the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) framework
- Customer touchpoint management including website and mobile application
- Develop Team KPI with reference to business objective
- Budget planning and management
- Lead a team of event managers and customer relationship officers to drive excellence in client service
What we look for?
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the banking/insurance or related industries with strong customer centricity focus to deliver exceptional quality services and experience for customers
- Solid background and proven track record in leading HNW/UHNW product proposition
- Possess exceptional leadership and people management skills, being able to coach and develop teams and cross-functional groups to deliver projects
- Experience in putting forward the company position with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong creative judgement and marketing sense, with analytical mind to innovative ideas or campaigns to drive brand visibility
- Agile and adaptive, able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills in dealing with executive and senior management and strong leadership and collaboration across functional teams to drive improvement
- Regional experience is preferable
