What the role is?

Brand Management:

  • Develop and lead the team to establish the branding strategies for the company to promote a preferred brand image and enhance brand visibility among target customer segment
  • Create brand synergy with BUs under CTF Group, e.g. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, CTF Education, Rosewood, GBA Healthcare, Chow Tai Fook Services, NWD, New World China, etc.
  • Establish the brand guideline, protocol and overall governance, as a brand governor to ensure consistent use of brand identity assets and application
  • Gather competitive intelligence, industry trends and developments to evaluate performance of brand initiatives and identify new opportunities
  • Manage corporate marketing campaigns, event sponsorships and initiatives to effectively raise brand awareness and consideration
  • Conduct and manage brand health tracking research from time to time to identify trends and recommendations

Marketing Communications:

  • Formulate and execute effective branding and marketing plans to support the company in capturing business opportunities and creating business impact, including but not limited to digital, social media, events and other media
  • Oversee a team of digital and social media marketing to perform on-target performance marketing, achieve brand awareness and reach to meet set KPI
  • With good understanding of insurance / financial products to formulate marketing campaigns, with sound customer proposition and compelling message

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Sound hands-on experiences in managing and executing digital marketing campaign, social media platform management, and daily monitoring
  • Own platform management in FB/IG, Wechat and XHS
  • Experience in driving social media strategy and promotion for Mainland China market is preferrable
  • Possess with track record and analytical skill set in managing a team to oversee the digital and social media channels, SEM and SEO for the Company
  • Brand reputation. Be sensitive in capturing sponsorship opportunities for the company

Others:

  • Budget planning and management: Effective budget planning and management by preparing monthly and yearly budget
  • Vendor management & partnership: Maintain & deepen professional relationship with business partners, cross business units, external agency in order to deliver projects in high quality and standard
  • Assist teams under Chief Strategy Officer as required. Support cross team projects as required
  • Team support as co-ordinator on strategic team roles and tasks

 

What we look for?

  • Degree holder, preferably in Branding and Marketing Communications
  • 15 years of solid experience in branding and marketing/communications in financial or insurance industry
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills, being able to coach and develop teams and cross-functional groups to deliver projects
  • Experience in putting forward the company position with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be creative and with strong creative judgement and marketing sense, have an analytical mind to innovative ideas or campaigns to drive brand visibility
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and being agile and adaptive , and able to work under pressure
  • Good communications, inter-personal & leadership skills who can influence stakeholders as well as collaborative in a team environment
  • Willing to explore and breakthrough from comfort zones with can-do attitude, passionate with an innovative mind
  • Result and oriented, able to multi-tasked with good time and people management skills
