What the role is?

The role will support written customer enquiries, correspondence handling, and daily administrative operations while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • Perform administrative support duties, including post-sales call handling and document processing
  • Assist in customer enquiries and requests handing through written channels in professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth case follow-up
  • Support service improvement initiatives and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned

Who we look for?

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • With prior clerical working experience or documentation drafting or handling
  • Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused with sound problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
