What the role is ?
In this role, you will play a key role to support operational transformation and uplift customer/user experience and operational efficiency by partnering closely with managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for deliverables.
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational pain points to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and improvement insights.
- Collect, and document business requirements for operational and transformation projects; develop business cases for process enhancement and automation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting insurance operations.
- Support end-to-end project delivery by developing and maintaining project plans, scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies and documentation.
- Track progress against milestones, identify risks/issues early, and propose mitigation actions.
- Monitor project performance and outcomes via agreed KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
- Support training, communications, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and benefit realization.
- Optimize resource allocation by coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate changes seamlessly into BAU operations.
What we look for ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on operations-related projects of life insurance.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and translating requirements into delivery plans.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
