What the role is?

  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Prepare and validate detailed documentation, including user requirement specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and end-users to design and review proposed solutions.
  • Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test plan creation, test case execution, and defect analysis.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and reporting progress.
  • Provide end-user support and training post-implementation to ensure effective solution adoption.

What we look for ?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, project planning, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, operations workflows, and insurance systems architecture.
  • Proven experience in UAT execution and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools like JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
