What the role is?
- Serve as a change agent to partner with business stakeholders in defining the roadmap for our Agency Digital platform, aligned to business strategy
- Own and manage digital platform and capabilities within Agency digital application
- Act as a liaison to Business, Digital and Technology teams and translate business objectives into digital capabilities and product features.
- Support the OKR of business sponsors, translate business strategies and objectives into digital solutions and capabilities.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Support product delivery through implementation, participate in solution design and impact assessment discussions
- Ensure product output and quality of digital solutions for the customer business
- Proactive in tracking and monitoring digital adoption, get feedback, identify pain points, and turn them into improvement actions
- Responsible for stakeholder management, expectation management, vendor management
- Participate in solution design and impact assessment discussions to ensure business requirements are appropriately addressed.
What we look for?
- Degree holder in Business or Information Management
- 6-10 years of digital product management, business analysis, digital transformation experience or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance industry, preferably in distribution channels
- Proven experience in end-to-end digital product management and product delivery, preferably in insurance or financial products
- Proven experience delivering distribution channel digital platforms, preferably agency digital platform.
- Experience managing vendor-delivered solutions and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements management, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Strong communicator, strong team player with a collaborative working style. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
