What the role is?

In this role, you are one of the key members to support various initiatives/projects within Project Team of Operations with primary focus on Payment Management. This includes supporting development of digital payment capabilities, maintaining regulatory compliance, enhancing customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency of business. The role also supports business analytics and project management of other Operations functions.

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops/interviews to gather and document requirements.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery; ensure alignment on desired outcomes and project objectives.
  • Explore and support the implementation of AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support UAT activities including planning, test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation.
  • Track project performance metrics and relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Proactively manage risks/issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.

What we look for ?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at insurance and/or operations-related projects.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and translating needs into delivery plans.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across functions effectively.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
