What the role is?

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and background checks, ensuring compliance with organizational hiring policies and relevant employment regulations.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain talent pools to support efficient and effective talent acquisition, while liaising with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment status.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring completion of all documentation, system access, workspace arrangements, and facilitating orientation sessions, while serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and relevant departments to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new employees, and assign mentors or buddies as appropriate.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including the collection of company property, deactivation of system access, completion of required documentation, and coordination of exit interviews, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee departures and support knowledge transfer to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards in handling sensitive employee relations matters, and support HR Business Partners with data and reports related to employee relations trends and outcomes for continuous improvement.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a shared services or HR operations environment.
  • Prior experience supporting HR Business Partners or working in a matrixed HR structure is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
