What the role is?
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events for the affluent loyalty program.
- Support content management for the program’s website and mobile app.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of loyalty campaigns and events.
- Manage on-site event setup and operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship Officers to ensure high-quality customer communications, seamless end-to-end processes, and effective post-event follow-up.
- Handle customer enquiries related to loyalty program offers and benefits.
- Coordinate offer redemption logistics and partner arrangements.
- Support projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event planning or marketing, preferably within a marketing agency, exhibition, or event company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas and work weekends when required for event execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
