What the role is?
- Review and perform due diligence for the agent applications by complying with the company and regulatory policies and/or guidelines.
- Monitor the registration/renewal process and working visa application/renewal process with proper and effective control.
- Enhance the recruitment process/system and internal operating procedures for improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the daily operations.
- Assist Team Head to monitor the recruitment budget and cost for sales channels.
- Prepare, review and update all contracts and agreements of sales channels.
- Support system enhancement project and provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test.
- Assist Team Head to establish proper and effective governance and control mechanism for the daily operating process/procedures.
- Participant in the projects and handle the tasks as assigned by Team Head
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in insurance operation with knowledge in sales contracting sector
- Familiar with the IA/MPFA guidelines and license registration process
- Understand the agent recruitment packages
- Familiar in recruitment process on different market segment e.g. MCV is essential
- Detail-minded, fast learner and good team player
- Good data analytical skills, planning and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, familiar with AI usage
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
