Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics, coordination, and execution of events, including on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote pop-up events and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and manage communication materials, including social media content and all related event materials.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate and manage part-time staff for events.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from events to assess effectiveness and provide insights for future initiatives.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including news clippings, traffic data, and other records.
  • Promote agency proposition by social media through various initiatives, including region visits, mini-games and event lucky draw.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles in an agency, exhibition, or event company.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel oversea or work on weekends as needed for event execution.
  • Familiarity with agency channels and industry trends is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva. Chinese typing is preferred.
